As a first-time property investor, I was blown away by the level of communication and transparency exhibited by M Group throughout the entire process. As someone new to the world of property investment, I had a lot of questions and uncertainties whilst purchasing off the plans and was very nervous to start. These uncertainties were quickly put to ease thanks to Carl, Ciaran & Sean’s can-do approach. With every question I had, they were always prompt and clear in their answers and delivered every message with complete professionalism. In my opinion, what truly sets M Group apart was their consultative approach. Throughout the build process, they were extremely agile with meeting my ever-changing expectations always met me with an open mind and a willingness to co-operate to ensure my ultimate satisfaction; and that they most certainly did. The quality of the finished product is nothing short of exceptional and the feedback from my tenants is certainly in agreeance. One of the small things that really stood out to me though is that once the keys were passed over, they have been in regular contact to check-in on my satisfaction and remain very accessible should any issues arrive.
